I ordered a skirt and top from the clothing rack on **th October ****. The expected date of delivery was **th November ****.
I added an order for dupatta in **th November only after they told me it was available.
I ordered it for a wedding which was on **th November.
Despite repeatedly requesting the clothing rack team to ship it on time, my messages were neglected. Literally had to beg for something i paid.
They told me my order would be shipped on **th November and be delivered by **th November.
Last message i received from them was in **th November saying it was shipped and tracking details would be provided by the next day.
Post that they haven't replied to any of my messages or tried to contact me in any way.
This brand is endorsed by celebrities like Komal Pandey and Hina Khan etc. So it's easier for them to fool people.
As of **th November, I haven't received my order neither any part of it. I also haven't got any reply from them.
The dress I bought from them visited ****rs + ****rs for the duptta+ *** for shipping.
I need compensation for the mental agony caused by these people to me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
