I've placed the order on *th Feb & the order was supposed to get delivered by *th Feb, The delivery got delivered & on **th the order was out for delivery but it didn't got delivered, It showed as failed delivery & they asked me to schedule a date for delivery, I had scheduled the order delivery for **th Feb & still it didn't got delivered.
Since then everyday I'm contacting Nykaa costumer support because I haven't received my order yet, Its been ** days now & still I'm waiting for my product, I'm not getting any help from Nykaa customer support as they repeat the same everytime I contact them saying they have raised a complaint & the relevant team is working on it.
I haven't got any update from Nykaa till now about my complaint, Even in order tracking the last update was on **th Feb.
I want Nykaa to deliver my order or process a refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
