I bought a zenphone *z from flipkart a year ago along with jeeves mobile protect. On *th july my phone suffered a liquid damage and i filed my claimed with jeeves. My phone was picked on *th July and received on their service center on **th July. Since then i have not received any update from them. I call their customer care every day and they tell that they have escalated the issue and their back end team will reach back in ** hours. Also they say that the delay is due to some parts are not available. Its been ** days now and i have no idea what are they doing with my phone. Please advise what i can do now. My plan id was JPPOFFK******.
