- Delay in reissuance of flight ticket for extra student baggage allowance ^{Offered Resolution}

I booked my international flight ticket through the Ease My Trip app. Unfortunately, while booking, I was unable to find an option for a student fare, which was only visible for domestic flights. As a result, I booked my ticket under a normal fare. Afterward, I contacted Emirates directly and learned that students are eligible for an additional **kg baggage allowance for free, but the ticket needs to be reissued to include this benefit.

I immediately reached out to Ease My Trip to have my ticket reissued with the extra baggage allowance. However, despite multiple requests, they have delayed the process. With less than ** hours left before my departure, I still have not received the reissued ticket, which has caused me significant stress and anxiety as I am unable to pack my bags appropriately.

The agents seem completely unaware of the procedure to manually reissue the ticket, despite me providing all the necessary student documentation. I am not asking for any discounts or fare changes, just the additional baggage allowance that I am entitled to as an international student. This situation has caused me mental distress and has disrupted my travel preparations, and I believe Ease My Trip has failed to serve their customers efficiently in this matter.
