i have ordered Marq refrigerator worth of *****rs with exchange. i have ordered this marq fridge on march **th **** and immediately next day received a call that delivery is going to happen keep your old refrigerator ready to exchanges. Delivery guys reached **:**am on March **th and they inspected and took the old fridge and delivered the new Marq fridge but it is a open box delivery . Delivery agent denied to open it and in the fridge also it is clearly mentioned that it is a open box delivery . Delivery agent said only installation team can open it and you have to wait for them.
Now the issue is Todays date March **th ****, we have kept all our vegetables , milk, curd etc etc etc everything outside only and most of the things got wasted because of this flipkart fake promise.
*) Installation guy name ramachandran with his mobile number and pin is mentioned in the app. i have tried more than **times to connect with him but there is bug in the flipkart IVR System .eventhough if we give the right registered mobile number it is asking to give the right number. out of ** times , ** times it will say it is not the registered number and remaining * times it wil connect to the agent and within one ring it will disconnect or it will say it is busy and autodisconnect will happen
*)if installation agent is not attending the call, then for what they need to display in the flipkart app with the mobile number. just for faking the customers
*)Before reaching installation agent, IVR System has a huge issue . if we gave a correct registered mobile number it is not accepting. Again making customers fool here
*)I tried reaching flipkart customer support and reached them around ** times , there is no use . They were saying that Within March **nd installation will happen so till that where i will store my day to day needs ?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
