Delhivery courier service - Delay in delivery

My pet's life is at stack because of this delivery company. I ordered alfa alfa hay on *th of August but I didn't receive my parcel yet. My doe is going to have babies and she is not eating anything else except hay. I don't have any hay with me now, I ran out of it. She doesn't take food anymore and I have to see her die it seems. I am contacting Delhivery customer service but they are not paying attention to my request. I have been emailing them for over a week or more but it is of no use. My order is stuck in a place since **th August and nobody is helping. They are not at all paying attention to my urgency. It's been over a month now. Please help me, please. I just need my parcel immediately or I have to see my doe and the kits inside her dying. Please sir, I am begging some help from you. Help me save them sir, please.
