Please find that the booking id is HTL*RC**BB I was not given the complimentary breakfast frrom the hotel and ur staff has guided me in a different manner i have asked for * star and they have shifted me to a * star why this has been done and how this could be done without my permission and mu consent they have passed on false and fake information to me as a result i had tto sufferr mental agaony and financial loss i had to visit first jagat then oasis and then last portico and the last one is ** km and first was ** km and also they said that it was a * star hotel but not so and also the thing is that jagat is oyo properrty and the portico is goibibo which has been booked for **% disc by them and to take the share of full profit they have done this and harassed me forr the same forr the false and fake inforrmation passed on to me that the hotel is delisted and deregistered from the oyo and all nonsense to curry favur in there benefit and also it is malpractise on the part of tthe company so please ask them to refund my money at the earliest they are harassing me for long
