, severe stringent punishments awarded to the erring employees so that it might be an example to the rest so that they dare to do the same thing again and they should learn from mistakes as they will not listen to the scolding its inbuilt in them they are used to the same award them monetary punishment then they will listen to the same
4 apology form them they are so senseless that they dont even dare to ask for apology for the mistakes committed by them
