*. Claim raised on **rd Jan and documents verified on **th Jan post which I was told the phone will be picked in two days but was done on **th Jan after heated discussion with you customer care.
*. Request for curtsey handset raised on **rd Jan and was informed that the same will be provided with in * days from the date my handset is picked up. Till date (**-Feb) this request has not been fulfilled even after multiple escalations through phone/email.
*. Insurance Company approval had a SLA of * working days but as of today, **-Feb, it's been ** working days since **st Jan and no approval has been provided which is further delaying the whole process.
