I am a resident of Sonipat, Haryana.
I am using you cab services from last * months, and I am highly disappointed. Your cab drivers deny to provide me with local rides. I am a girl, and I thought that your cabs are the most protective mean of transportation. I have to travel daily to my educational institution and your cab is not providing me the local rides. Whenever I book any cab, your cab drivers simply deny to come. There are so many families out here who don't want their girl child to travel in public transports and they all including my family trust your agency.
If I can't use your cabs facility, and your drivers don't want to ride a distance, then I don't know why are you even providing your cab facility in my area.
I kindly request you to find a solution for this.
