I have purchased realme * pro+ on june ****. And start using this mobile from july *rd . Its upper right part function button are not working at all. I have reached * times at realme service center flex ultadanga kolkata by taking leave from my job which make loss of *****/- and still my problem persist. I have requested them to either fix it as it is not possible for me to take leave and wait to get repaired my set or change it. But as per their policy they are not ready to exchange it and told me to please come next day we are working on it.please help me as i have purchase with my heard earned money and my time us precious to. Not to sit in realme center.
