On May *, ****, I ordered a pair of casual shoes from www.woodlandworldwide.com for Rs ****. I received the product on May *, ****. Close inspection revealed that the product differed from what was advertised on their website. The shoes I received are old stock from ****, with cracked soles. I chose to return the product and notified the company of the flaws the same day via email. After two weeks, I received a response from the company stating that my product appeared to have been used and could not be returned or exchanged. They also sent me a video of the product being packed in the company warehouse before it was shipped. The video itself reveals that the product is not as depicted on the website. I filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline on May **, ****, having lost all hope (Grievance Number: *******). NCH repeatedly emailed the company about my complaint and then closed it on July **, **** as the company was not responding. They have not marked my order as delivered even after two months of delivery and their tracking tool still lists it as "ready to ship."

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
