JEEP INDIA - Defective vehicle by modi jeep india

I sakina fatima r/o h.no **-*/* anjanadri nagar extention, damaiguda bought jeep meridian on **/**/** from modi jeep situated at begumpet. after buying the vehicle i found that roof lining was shagging off from each and every corner within a week and the screws were rusted. on complaining the issue to the company no action has been taken due to which i feel unsafe to drive the vehicle and parked it from past * month so that it dont cause any harm to me and my family and others. due to this unheard behaviour from jeep india i bought another vehicle unwillingly. i request a refund from jeep india for poor quality of vehicle and unresponsive customer service which is causing mental pressure.
