JEEP INDIA - Extreme Mental Harassment By Jeep India and Anand Jeep Dealership Bhopal

My ongoing ordeal with Jeep India and Anand Jeep Bhopal (success cars Bhopal) has taken a distressing turn. After six months of persistent issues, there seems to be no end in sight. Here's a quick summary:

- Vehicle handover last week of Feb **** was accompanied by seat issues, loosely fitted or broken parts.
- Daily discoveries followed: starting problems, loud fan noise post-locking, misaligned steering, sensor malfunctions.
- Despite numerous workshop visits, issues persisted, with temporary fixes failing.
- A serious incident occurred: the vehicle stalled in traffic, causing chaos. Video evidence was shared with both the dealership and Jeep India.
- Shockingly, the dealership hinted at possible corruption, agreeing to an insurance claim cap without my consent.
- Jeep India's technical team revealed unimplemented recommendations for parts replacement.

Had it been Mahindra or other brands like VW, BMW, by now they would have replaced the vehicle to protect their brand image looking at the prolonged mental agony of the customer. On the other hand jeep India authorities are busy in posting their new launches etc and conveniently avoiding the concerns that I raised.

After countless complaints, reaching out to higher authorities, and involving social media and consumer forums, the situation remains unresolved:
- Jeep India customer complaints (over ** times) - No response.
- Senior authorities, including CEO - No response.
- Social media posts (Twitter and LinkedIn) - No response.
- Consumer forum complaint (one month ago) - Status still in process.

Despite these efforts, there's been no acknowledgment or resolution. Jeep India's priorities appear skewed, with a lack of accountability and urgency.

Also I have been put under pressure to withdraw my post on LinkedIn about my experience by the zonal head here.

Upon not agreeing to put down the post, all the support has been withdrawn and i am told that i'll have to face the consequences.

Immediate attention and action are imperative to rectify this distressing situation.
