JEEP INDIA - non availability of service centre in goa for repair of jeep compass

I am constrained to bring to your attention the appalling after-sales support I have received for my Jeep Compass HP **A **** (purchased from Landmark Jeep, Delhi, May ****), which has now been awaiting repairs for over one and a half months due to Jeep India’s failure to provide adequate service support in Goa.
I am a serving Armed Forces officer, currently posted in Goa. All my vehicle’s services—both free and paid—have been meticulously undertaken at authorized Jeep service centers in Goa. However, despite my adherence to Jeep’s service protocols, my vehicle is now stranded at a non-authorized workshop because the authorized Jeep service center at Verna has flatly refused to accept it.
Upon contacting Jeep’s customer support, I was advised that the nearest authorized service facility is in Belgaum, over *** km away, and no clear answer has been provided on who will bear the cost and responsibility of transporting the vehicle. I have made repeated calls to your customer care executives and contacted local service centers, but no one has taken ownership of the problem, and no escalation mechanism or nodal officer has been made available to address my grievance.
This prolonged inaction has caused significant inconvenience, operational disruption, and mental harassment, forcing me to function without my primary vehicle for over six weeks. As a customer who invested in Jeep with the expectation of premium service and support, I find this completely unacceptable.
