Whirpool - Defective product received

A defective product received. I called whirlpool during the warranty period. Service team came. Filled nitrogen to check for leakage. After * days we called back to find out when are they coming to repair. To that, we were asked to give the reading on the gauge fixed to the air condition when nitrogen was filled to check. After that no revert. We called back after a few days and after a lot of inquiries, we were told that the condenser is defective and leaking. Can't be repaired. Finding a new one (replacement) but not available.
After another few days called them again and got the same reply when asked for a refund or a new replacement. We were told to email the helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com
We did that asking for a refund. On calling the helpline after *-* days they again asked us to send email as they could not locate it. On Aug **, ****, **:** am (* days ago) we again sent email but no reply. Today we again called up and we told to resend the email as they again could not find it.
We did that to that we got a reply: " Dear customer,
We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to the respective department. Kindly allow us some time. They will get back to you shortly with an update.
Warm regards,
Whirlpool team"
We were told to speak to Sarika on ***********. Spoke to her she told us that the defective part has been found in Mumbai and has been shipped to goa. On her system, it was showing around ** days ago. On asking her for a refund or a new air condition she refused to help us on this and told us to wait for the part or again call up the helpline on ***********.
