I ordered a mobile phone Honor *s (Black,** GB) on the *th of May and received on the *th of May. After unboxing I check whether everything is good or not. Then I found that the speaker is not working as normally a phone should. So I contact customer support and place my return. Till now (**th of May) I don't get any resolution.
Between this period their technician has not visited to check my phone but update that everything is good. Every day I call they only say please wait for someday.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
