Flipkart Online Shopping - Defective TV received

I purchased a TV from the Flipkart. The TV got delivered on **.**.****. The technician visit at home on **.**.**** for the installation. When we opened the seal of the box we saw that the display of the TV was damaged. We filed a complaint on Flipkart but received no reply from them. I called, SMS and email them daily but no technician visit my home. I paid the instalment on May **.**.**** to Bajaj finance. Today I called Flipkart * times but no response received. No replacement and no refund is given to me. Please help me.
