Flipkart Online Shopping - Substandard product delivered

Ordered a pair of Adidas shoes from Flipkart which I got delivered on **th February ****. After wearing for the very first day, I found the shape of shoes have defaced, and the paint of the logo (Adidas) inside the shoe started to distort. It's also very uncomfortable to wear while walking but it is a pair of running shoe. And when requested for return, Flipkart refused same as they say I have used it once. I received it on **th February and requested a return on *th March.
