Cellbell - RE Complaint for NonDelivery of Order and Failure to Provide Refund

On February **th, ****, I placed an order with Cellbell Company for Taurus C*** Lite Executive Office Chair order number SH****. Despite repeated assurances of timely delivery, the ordered items have not been delivered to me within the specified time frame. Additionally, despite my efforts to contact the company through WhatsApp and their customer care helpline, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution to this issue.
The non-delivery of the ordered items has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. Furthermore, my repeated requests for a refund have been ignored, and my hard-earned money remains stuck with the company.
As a consumer, I believe I have the right to receive the products I have paid for within the agreed-upon time frame or to receive a full refund in case of non-delivery. However, Cellbell Company has failed to fulfill its obligations in this regard, which is a clear violation of consumer rights.
Therefore, I kindly request the Consumer Court to take appropriate action against Cellbell Company for their negligent behavior and to facilitate the resolution of this matter. I seek compensation for the inconvenience caused, as well as the refund of the full amount paid for the undelivered items.
I have enclosed copies of relevant documents, including the order confirmation and proof of communication with Cellbell Company, for your reference.
