I purchased a Samsung A** *G from the Samsung official website on ** Aug (Delivery),(PO No-***********) which turned out to be a big mistake.
I bought this phone primarily for its camera, boasting around ** MP. However, the quality of the pictures is far below expectations, resembling that of a * MP camera or even worse.
When comparing the same photo on the same mobile device and then on another, the difference in quality is stark. Consequently, I have raised a return request. Your customer care advised me to contact the Authorized Samsung Service Center, so I reached out to the Nigdi branch - Smart Care. On **nd Feb-**** and submiied mobile.
I was informed by them that this model has a TFT screen, which explains the inherent quality issues. They suggested that the photo quality appears better on other devices. Essentially, to view decent quality, I need to use another mobile, which defeats the purpose entirely.
The quality of the images is extremely blurred, and despite my efforts, your team is unwilling to accept a return.
After taking multiple follow-up with calling customer care by submitting mobile on **nd Feb-**** they responded me on * th march as there is no issue in product.
and while calling they offered me addition * months warranty also by Samsung company executive. But they cannot take it back.
I dropped then email also to their Samsung leaders but no use of it.
