I have ordered a combo of tights on Flipkart as per the item description the tights should be of free size. While the item received is not free size and has a hole in it. As per the policy, the item is eligible for return and replacement within * days. I asked for a return but there is no option for a return provided, the only option was the replacement of the product. I asked for a replacement of the product, but it was rejected every time I made the request for a replacement. My account is blocked without any acknowledgment email. After * days, I received an email stating that my account has been blocked due to multiple return request. I explained the whole scenario to customer case executive and their backend team via email and call, but every reply of my email is same "account has been blocked due to multiple return request" and "We will ask our backend team to look into it". Now the return window is over and my account is still blocked.
