I have purchased one HP pavilion gaming laptop **ec****AX for my grandsonthrough flipkart on ** th july.on *th August it become defective.since then I am shuttling between customer service and service centre of HP but they are not getting it repair or replace since it is in warranty period of one year.pl help -- Raj Kishore Prasad Singh
