Cars 24 - Defective faulty scooty sold

Bikes**(Powered by cars**) delivered a faulty vehicle to me which I came to know on day ** from day of delivery when I had to visit their authorised service centre due to some oil leakage and the mechanic opened the vehicle and showed my ** parts few of them are faulty and few are local.
He said the vehicle is not safe for ride unless all the faulty parts are changed which will cost approximately ***** rupees.

I have asked cars** to take it's return but they have denied giving the reason of their *days only return period.

Bikes** proclaim that they use "genuine/authorised parts to refurbish vehicles and they sell vehicle in as good as new condition" they use this misleading statements to sell defective article and then deny by return giving reason of return period.
