I Have Booked A Zoom Car For **th September With The Booking ID: JPSN*FIFW...
Upon Going To The Pick Up Location...I Found That The Car's BRAKE Is Not Working ...I Contacted The Customer Support And He Admitted That Car Has Brake Repair Issue And Asked Me To Leave The Car At The Pick Up Location..And He Said Refund Has Been Initiated For Me......
No alternative car was arranged for me.
I Left The Car At The Pick Up Location ..as told by the customer executive..
this whole process took half day ....and my whole tour plan got delayed by one day due to this......
.After * Days ...I Was Shown A Bill Of Extra **** Rs Along With Already Paid **** Rs ......
i have contacted customer support multiple times but no one responded ...i have gone through lot of mental agony.
one customer agnet confirmed me that refund was initiated for my booking on mail ...i have the evidence
Its Been More Than A Month But Refund Was Not Credited Till Now ...Instead A Extra **** Bill Is Being Shown In My Zoomcar Account...
