I bought a brand new Hyundai I** sports plus VTVt petrol on August **th ****.
After purchased a car with ** days I faced a brake issue. They rectified till first service.
Then I faced a breakdown in a middle of the road due to clutch issue on July **st ****. They replaced the clutch kit.
Now for the past * months I'm facing a rat entry inside the car through the compartment of the car where they were provided a gap in the car.
They have given an defective product to me and from the day * of purchase I'm facing a mental issue due to this car. A brand new international brand vehicle. As a customer I'm totally dissapointed with the Hyundai and the place where I purchased the car Oxina Hyundai their customer service is very poor and not responding to my issue.
I request a refund or a replacement of a new car bcz my car didn't completely even ***** kms.

The car is taken by the service center guy who stated that the model facing clutch cylinder problem frequently and the company replacing. Is this a way a company to communicate a customer once we suffer in the middle of the road. Why not you informed us before for the replacement?
Before I used Hyundai Accent **** model used around ** yrs it was a very good and smooth car I changed that only for the age of the car, but now I feel compared to that Accent **** model the elite I** **** model is poor than that.
I feel disappointed in purchasing the car and which makes me mentally ill due to breakdown in public.
I have attached the other customer's complaint related to this for the reference.
I need a satisfactory explanation and reply from the company.
