- Defective and damage product received Closed
I purchased the Samsung charger on *rd March **** from authorized Samsung centre worth Rs *** with a *-month guarantee and replacement. After using within a week the cable started getting damage. When approached to Azamgarh service centre they said it can't be replaced and it does not come in the guarantee. I argue to replace it but they didn't hear it and started mocking on me. I don't want any refund or compensation I just only need to exchange my Samsung charger and apology letter from Samsung service centre as this is a matter of self-respect.
