Hitachi Ac - Defective AC received

I have purchased a new AC on **/**/**. After installation of AC, I have faced a problem in the auto swing. I have registered a complaint on **/*/**. Then Hitachi service advisor visits on site and said auto swing motor is not working need to replace. But still no call no message and no repair is done by Hitachi. I have called him daily but no action was taken.
