NIDHI ARYA filed complaint against Samsung on Jul 6, 2020
I bought a Samsung tv model no-**M**** LED set from an authorized dealer in May ****. After about * months it shows defected in LED screen. When i inform this to the service center they send engg. and my panel was changed but within few days problem will occure the same.During warranty period my panel was two times changed. Company gives one year warranty period on parts. But now a days my screen shows same defect as earlier .This shows that service team has not change the screen they repaired the same panel. I am devasted from the service
