Croma A Tata Product - Defected Product Delivered

I purchased a samsung sound bar and before purchasing I specifically asked if it can be connected to non-smart tv using AUX cable. They said yes you can connect using AUZ cable.
But when I opened the packing I found there is no option to connect AUX cable with the sound bar. And now they are refusing to give me refund. They are saying that you need to purchase another product we can not give refund.
