Hello Sir/ Madam,This is regarding the LIC Policy of single premium endowment plan which i had chosen for my sister's Daughter Aurel Miracline. when i received policy document through my mail, i had received it with lot of mistakes in the document which hurts me and frustrated me.
in the above image, there are three names mentioned was Aurel MIracline, Gowtham Chakravarthy and Jeganathan. Jeganathan is my father, Gowtham chakravarthy is myself and aurel miracline is my sister's Daughter. these all informations were given in the proposal form no. ***. Due to carelessness of the LIC mettupalayam branch employees, I received the above policy document. As soon as i received the document, i called my LIC agent and complaint about it and told to correct it and resend it within a week as it is a defaming act of myself mentioning "daughter of" and mentioned Jaganathan D/o Gowtham. that statement also wrong. this action was defaming me as i'm in media field and visual Effects Supervisor in Tamil Film Industry. At the time when i received the document, i was in shoot of Mohanlal's Next movie "Aarattu" which was in Kerala. After the shoot, i had reached Mettupalayam on **rd of Jan,****. On Monday **th of Jan (Today), i Visited LIC office of Mettupalayam branch to ask this myself. i had approached New Branch Manager A. Ravi. and complained about this, but he neglect me and answered impolitely with harsh words. so i informed that ill file a case with defamation act, he told to go ahead and do whatever i can. so, as i wish to bring to your notice that carelessness, Negligence and Defaming me is a frustration for me that occupies completely my mind and i cant able to concentrate on my work further. kindly Take necessary action as soon as possible. I'll forward this to the other sources of mine too. Thank you.
