Life Insurace Corporation Of India - Agent not helping to fix issue from 4 years

LIC monthly premium is having issue in ECS debit. This has been addressed to agent from * years and provided all relevant bank documents Still issue is resolved. And when walk to branch proper response. Now the situation is we cannot make any other mode of payment for this premium. Each time either we need to Branch or pay late fee. I need to establish the proper channel to complaint about agent.
