Hi,
I took the policy on female child keeping her feature in mind for Higher Education and marriage. At the time of taking policy, the agent assured and guaranteed a Sum of Rs.*,**,***/- while taking Policy in the year ****.
But received Discharge Voucher and Intimation letter for Maturity claim sent by LIC Ramanathapuram mentioned that Net Amount Payable is Rs. ******/- only.
Also note that sum assured mentioned in intimation letter number is Rs.*****/- only, whereas in Original Policy it is mentioned Sum Assured Rs. ******/-
All document and evidence are available.
Kindly do the needful to get the full amount as promised by the agent while taking policy.
