Ferns and Petals are deceiving customers by one advertising item on their portals and delivering something else! Also, they don't value customer preferences with respect to delivery timings and not checking their delivery services.
I ordered a cake yesterday "Chocolate cake half kg"(Order #*******), to be delivered in Trivandrum between *-*pm. They not only delivered a broken disgusting cake but delivered before the selected time slot (around *pm) and sent an email saying that the delivery was received by the intended person at *.** pm, which is a lie. This shows they are not keeping a tab on their delivery.
I requested a full refund for this order and they are not responding.
