Amazon India Pvt Ltd - Deceived by the lucky draw

I have received a call from an amazon executive on ** Jan **** saying that I've won a Tata Safari car in the lucky draw and that I could I get it delivered to me by paying the token amount of ****. For proof, he has sent me the pictures of the car and the link to a site, whereupon entering my registered amazon account mobile number, it has shown me that I've indeed won it. Hence, after submitting my aadhar and passport-sized photo I've done the payment to a bank account details provided to me under the name of Amazon India Pvt Ltd.
Later on, the executive called me to talk to the transporter in Jamshedpur about the insurance policy to be drawn up, since the vehicle is being transported from Jamshedpur to Hyderabad. The executive asked me to pay an amount of ***** towards insurance but I refused saying that I don't even have the documents with me and there are genuine concerns arising.
He then shared with me a picture showing the engine and chassis no but it lacked authenticity. So, I've refused to pay the amount and asked him to initiate a refund of the **** I've paid earlier.
I have all the details he has shared with me including the aadhar, pan, and amazon id pictures of the * executives who called me regarding this lucky draw.
Now, the executives are refusing to initiate a refund saying that it would take ** days for me to receive my token amount and that it would be better if I just pay the insurance amount and take the delivery.
I refused to pay and they haven't initiated the refund yet.
