Dear Team,
This incident took place on **th Apr with Gpay
I tried calling customer support daily and I was wasting my time **min a day.
For me this is a high amount, blocking for these many days will make me more trouble.
Pl be in my situation and think.
There was no proper response from your customer support team, I was asking them to transfer the call to the Escalation team, but was not. There is no call back even from the Escalation team until yesterday. There were many call drops while I was on hold.
I have submitted all the docs requested. I beg you to pl support me
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
