Googlepay - Transaction through Google pay failed and my amount debited from bank and not giving my refund after

On **th June Saturday morning I have done a Google pay transaction and the transaction was failed.But they have debited the amount from my bank also.After **days also they are rejecting my request for refund.I have already submitted all the proof like bank statement and other transaction details.But now also they are rejecting my request.As Iam from a poor family and this amount is huge for me.I had a great problems without this amount in these days.I request all the help from you.
