Googlepay - Money debited but did not received by the marchent

I paid to Oyo rooms of rs **** for two times through googlepay.In Google pay app,showing the transaction is successful and also deducted my money from my bank account.But Oyo room did not receive the amount,they saying the payment is failure.i complained to Google pay but still I have not received my refund.please help me
