Shiprocket eCommerce and logistics solution - Damaged products delivered Lost

The shipment was sent to the customer with AWB Number: ************** . Value of Rs. *****.**. The products were damaged when the customer checked and retuned the courier. There are * things that needs to be considered:

*) The products are mishandled in a very bad way all the time. This is not the first incidence that is happening, but there is no action from Shiprocket.
*) There is not where abouts of the product, it is not with the customer and also not reached us.

We are in Total loss of money, Good Value *****.** + Shipping and Return Charges.

This is not the first incident that is happening, we have several AWB's that are of same type and /or even worse like fake attempts, Frauds, irritating behavior.

I can share several AWB (like the * below which are the recent ones):
AWB *: **************, a * KG product became ** grams product, a whole copper reel was sent, but the customer recieved an empty bag. He returned the product.

AWB *: ************** , fake attempt. The courier guy didn't wanted to delivery the product as it was heavy, then why did they did the pick-up and i was charged a hefty amount for shipment. Why am i paying so much money?

There are several escalation against shiprocket, but no one to respond or help us. We are loosing a lot of money just because of their fake/fraud/damaged deliveries.
