Shradha Joshi filed complaint against Myntra on Oct 18, 2020
The issue that I have experienced was: Myntra delivered a damaged product, upon contacting them for return they didn't pick up the delivery guys didn't pick the product * times and that's when I started updating in Twitter. Post that I received a call from a Case Manager and the product got picked up from my place saying we will send quality specialist (something like that)
After the product was picked up I received a mail saying it didnt match quality standards and they will re-ship the product back.
Now, when after ** days also I didn't receive the product I contacted them ; they are saying the product was never picked up and they are even troubling those poor delivery guys who came initially.
Now they have my **k + my product.
The product's chain was damaged with it's paint chipping off from multiple places,

I want my money back; that's it. I can't affect my mental health over this anymore.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
