i purchased a lenovo ideapad laptop recently from croma (eva mall-manjalpur vadodara). It is a damaged product ,after buying i had to visit the stored the next day itself because it had some issues starting up.
No service was provided .
within two weeks i visited the store more than 10 times and they are doing nothing about it.
these people are not even taking effort to replace it even though it has a 1 year warrenty.
to me now Lenovo is not a good company for electronics.Cannot take a risk on the quality as well as service.
as a student i need to use laptop on a daily basis,i kindly request to take action and replace the damaged product as it is effecting my studies too.
Resolution Demanded: Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
