I placed an order for a 'Carlton London Sequined flats' on **th June, I got the product delivered on **th June. The product doesn't have original packaging (Brand Tag & Box) & flats were having scratches, so I decided to return the product within *-* hours of delivery ( I mentioned the reason as well).> My return request has been cancelled, so I asked them to send me the proof of quality check they had done before shipping the product.> But since **st June I have written many mails, there is no response for my return request.> And when I am Trying to call, they are putting my call on hold for hours. (This is the way Myntra Customer support treats to its valuable customers.> I have shared all the images of the damaged product for the reference, but am still waiting for the response.
