I purchased an office table online of Rs *****/- through RoyalOak India website on *-**-****. Royal Oak delivered damaged office table on **/**/**** and their assembly carpenter on visit advised me to send back damaged table.
Royal Oak executives informed me that to take back damaged or get exchange the table will be very loss proposition for them so I should get it repaired at my end and they will refund **% amount of total invoice value. I got the table repaired and assembled at my own expense. They asked me to provide bank details for the refund, which I readily gave.
I have chased them for several months through ** phone call, ** emails and what’s App chat (I have all records). On whats App chat they have given assurance on **th Feb **** that amount will be credited in my account within * days. Then on *th March ****, they said on what’s App that they are following with their online team. After a few days, they stopped responding. Till this date, I have not got the refund of Rs ****/- as promised by RoyalOak India.
