I got a damaged item from Netmeds, The seal was broken and the packaging was damaged as If it was mishandled by somebody. I requested for a reverse pickup and replacement. But the customer care told me the product is genuine even if seal is broken. It is written in the product not to accept it if seal is broken,. I mentioned that to Netmeds. But they are not interested in initiating a reverse pickup. No update regarding this. When I call them they give me false assurance of return. Nothing materialised. It’s been more than the assured timeline. I complained on *th August.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
