Placed an order with Swiggy on **/**/** at *.** pm. That was spoiled on the way to delivery. So a replacement order was generated at *.** pm which was delivered at **.** pm. But the replacement order was not consumable. The product was either damaged due to poor packaging by the restaurant or poor handling by the delivery guy. Either way, my money got wasted without getting anything for it.
When I contacted the customer care with my issue they told me that a refund cannot be provided since it is a replacement order. It makes no sense since there is no fault of the consumer in this case. It is the responsibility of the service provider (Swiggy) to ensure the job gets done.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
