I had ordered several items online from Zara. Out of the four items ordered one had black stains all over the top. The second....a pair of earrings were sent in a flimsy pouch - broken.i had several exchanges with thier customer support where I expected atleast acknowledgement of the fact that their packaging was faulty. But no...they kept sending standard responses saying their warehouse had confirmed that the goods were sent intact. What was the proof? Did they have pictures? Ofcourse not. And then the final straw ..they sent the damaged goods back in a genormous package which infuriated me further since I am an extremely environmental conscious citizen. A brown pair of earrings in a package which is atleast ** times bigger than the product.. shameful and irresponsible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
