- Damaged delivery and no response ^Open

Do not buy from here. From Dec **** till today I have been struggling with this major scam company. They are the worst company ever. Unfortunately, I liked the designs they have online and ordered * items. Out of the *, none were delivered well. Delay by over * months. Damaged glass, damaged to the cheap wood, broken pieces, rusty nails, wrong colours, all shabby work and super heavy wooden rubbish was delivered. The sofa set was not even the same as the APPROVED image on PPT. When I complained, they hardly bother to reply properly - "we'll get back to you, blah blah". I even went to the Kirti Nagar address but they do not exist.
On top of this, I have emailed hundreds of times and even sent messages on their FB page. I think they blocked me now to avoid my comments. They even got angry with me saying don't comment on our page about the damages. Then they had the nerve to call up and ask if I can give them a good review so some clients will buy their furniture. I flatly refused to say they have not even fixed damages or send the full product. They promised to do this if I give a review and help them. And I get told that since products were delivered, I would have to pay even more to get anything fixed or reworked by them. My god, if I have to pay. I can get any local carpenter from Urban Clap to help me out with the damages. Why go for further fraud?
Mobile numbers are fake, online info is fake, delivery info on the courier invoice is fake. Emails are not replied to, and calls are ignored if at all you manage to call a real number. I have called Aman Gupta some *** times in the last few days, no reply. He is the one with all the false promises and lies. The Delhivery courier system information is also false and took * months for a simple delivery. For delivery, I had to personally contact people in the local offices and bug them for months just to get my products, which in the end were not even what I had wanted. All phone numbers are dead and it's so frustrating. I made a huge mistake.
Beware of this company. They want your money. They do not help later. Legally I have tried to send a notice but their addresses and contacts are false. How do I report such a company?
