With reference to file - DELAI*****, I have received my checkin baggage on **nd Aug **** in completely damaged condition. I searched online how to fill the claim but I haven't received any option. The customer service from Air India advised to send mail with pics.
I have sent all my details along with boarding pass, damaged bag photos etc. After lots of followups on **th sept I received mail from air India saying they will give **** for final settlement.
I have provided my bank details on the same day and since then waiting for refund. They are notbresponding to my mails or phones.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
