I have ordered SAMSUNG *.* kg Diamond Drum feature Fully Automatic Top Load Silver Washing Machine on **-**-****.I received a dented product and the technician who visited on **-**-**** showed me the dent. From that day I am chasing Flipkart for the replacement .I have attached the dented photos multiple times ,but still I got rejection stating that we have sent the product intact.At *th attempt, flipkart raised the ticket for technician visit ,if he approves the damage then product will be replaced.It was raised on **-**-****. Not a single technician visited my home till date and when I contacted Flipkart,they just say wait for ** hr, wait for ** hr and so days are passed like that. Now when I am calling customer support and want to connect to some senior, they drop my call,either when I tell them the issue or after connection with senior.I am feeling helpless and frustrated.I am providing some details :
