This is regarding the complaint against the M/S Agarwal Packer & Movers (DRS Group) Reg office: ***, Kabra complex, ** MG road Secunderabad – ******.
I shifted my household item & Car from Jaipur to Guwahati with Agarwal packer & movers (DRS Group). I paid the *****/- (receipt attached). They picked my household item on **.**.**** from the Jaipur. Total Item was ** no and their GC number was *******. They committed to deliver the material in Guwahati by *-Apr-**** (Mr Chotu Singh – **********) or mentioned the **-Apr-**** in their consigner copy means that by **-Apr-**** they will definitely deliver the material at Guwahati on mention address.
Mr Chotu Singh confirmed that my consignment was dispatched to Guwahati on the same day (**.**.****) & also confirmed that in next *-* days I can track it online also against the given GC number.
I tried the online tracking but it was not showing, I discussed with Mr Chotu again but he told that it will work after *-* days. On *-Apr-**** I called to Chotu Singh to check the material status, he again committed that be assured it will reach by **-Apr-****. In any case, the same day I send a mail communication to Agarwal packer & they reverted that on *th my consignment reaches to Kolkata & further they do not know that when will reach to Guwahati.
I again try to speak with Chotu that on what basis he has committed that it will reach to Guwahati by *-Apr-**** but he never picked my call. On **-April-**** I got the number of Mr Jitendra Singh (Director – Agarwal packer & Movers) & I discussed with him, he has taken all peoples on call & told that by **-Apri-**** I will receive my household consignment but again on **-Apr-**** I have not received my consignment. I again call to Chotu but he did not pick my call.
I wrote a mail copy to Agarwal packer & they replied that on **-Apr-**** I will receive my consignment & this time they mention the vehicle number **** also.
On **-Apr-**** I got the number of Mr A.K. Agarwal (owner of the company) & I called him but he not picked call any time & message me to do WhatsApp. I did that also & he aligned person Mr V.K. Mishra (again new person).
On **-Apr-**** I called to Mr Jitendra Singh again & they committed that on **-Apr-**** I will receive my consignment but again it was fake commitment.
Finally on **-Apr-**** in evening hours I received my household items which were picked from Jaipur on **-Mar-**** & committed to deliver by **-Apr-****. I received it * days delayed.
I was given ** items while I received ** items, * item of Shoe Rack along with shoes is missing. Below are damaged items
*. One Almira completely damaged. (photo attached)
*. *-* glass frames completely damaged.
*. Crockery items are damaged.
*. Matters found in WET conditions.
*. The plastic box is also damaged.
*. Plastic symphony cooler received in dent condition
*. Shoe rack with shoes is not received.
All these details I have mentioned while I received the material and their local person Mr Ved Prakash told me that they will report this to further.
On **-Apr-**** I have visited there local office in Guwahati & their Guwahati person Naveen told me that he will align this for a claim.
Second GC Number: ******* (Ford Figo Car Number: GJ**RB****)
My Car they picked on *-Apr-**** & here also Chotu Singh told me that it will be delivered by **-Apr-**** but their tracking department informed me on **-Apr-**** via mail that actually it was dispatched on **-Apr-**** & arrive at Guwahati on **-Apr-****. Later on **-Apr-**** they again informed me that CAR will arrive in Guwahati on **-Apr-****.
I did not receive my car on **-April-**** as well as on **-Apr-**** also. Even today they told me that if I will not pay then they will not deliver the car to me. I paid *****/- & still waiting for the car.
In last ** days, I am so much mentally harassed by the Agarwal packer team & I lost also my household material approx **,***/- amount.
I need compensation for my complete amount (*****) which I paid to them & below compensation also required –
• Delay in delivery compensation – **,***/-
• Damaged Compensation – **,***/-
• Missing Item Compensation – **,***/-
